1. Preparation: Clean and dry the target area skin, sweat and oil can prevent the tape from sticking.

2. Cutting: Cut the tape with measured length, common recommend length is 15-20 centimeters, and if necessary, trim it into different shapes according to specific situations.

 

3. Application:

 

⦁ Wrist: Start from the palm and apply the tape upwards along the outer side of the wrist, forming a "Y" shape for support.

⦁ Ankle: Start from the heel and apply the tape up to the ankle, wrapping around the ankle multiple times for stability.
